Once you sign up and download or use the free product(s) from StaticMania for your own purposes, please ensure that you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions. By using StaticMania goods, we presume that the terms of use set out below have been acknowledged.
1. Delivery of Products
Upon login all our free downloadable products are available for download directly. You can download any paid downloaded items upon purchase. Paid products will be available for download after receipt and verification of payment.
Your details about your order will be forwarded to the email address. To download any of our items (free or payable) you need to open an account with our site. There are some times when your payment is not done successfully and then we have to manually check and process the download information.
2. Updates
Products updates are available for all of our products both free and paid for lifetime.
3. Modification
Sure, you can change any of our products to suit your needs. Please note, however, that prior to change, review the documentation page and ask us on the forum if there is an easier and better way to achieve what you want to do.
4. Unauthorized Usage
StaticMania participants are responsible for all content posted under their accounts on forums and operations.
When we hear about such inaccessible behaviors, we reserve the right to delete your user account immediately.
When you create an account on the StaticMania website, you are responsible for keeping your account safe, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in conjunction with the account. You will inform StaticMania promptly of any unauthorized uses of your account or other security breaches.

StaticMania reserves the right to change or discontinue any product, temporarily or permanently, with or without warning, at any time.
7. Refund Policy
We have a 30-day refund policy for amicable patrons. However, a refund cannot be questioned if it's based on a feature the purchased product doesn't "understand."
8. Ownership
All products are the property of StaticMania and are provided "as is" without warranty. StaticMania or its agents are not liable for various types of damages resulting from the use or inability to use their items.
9. Payments
You warrant that any credit information supplied is true and complete, and that you will honor charges incurred at posted prices, including taxes.
10. Information Disclosure
You are prohibited from disclosing information about your order, including Order ID or download connection.
11. Errors and Delays
StaticMania is not liable for mistakes or delays caused by incorrect email addresses or other technical problems.
12. Links To Other Websites
Our service may include links to third-party websites not controlled by StaticMania. We take no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices.
